Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Is returned in the original packaging, with all tags and certification cards included

  • Is not custom-made, engraved, or marked as final sale

Returned items must pass inspection to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or engraved jewelry

  • Promotional items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

Please email support@chandelierdiamond.com with the following:

  • Full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (for damage or incorrect item)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Gift orders can only be refunded via store credit if requested by the recipient

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
